How does ReviewGuard filter negative reviews?

We use a smart routing system. When a customer receives an SMS, they are asked to rate their experience. 4 and 5-star ratings are directed to Google. 1-3 star ratings are directed to a private feedback form that alerts you internally, giving you a chance to resolve the issue personally.


Is my data safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. We never sell your customer data to third parties. Our platform is built on secure cloud infrastructure compliant with modern security standards.


Can I use ReviewGuard with multiple locations?

Absolutely. Our Enterprise and Pro plans support multi-location management, allowing you to view aggregate stats or drill down into specific shop performance from a single dashboard.
