Name, email address, and business details you provide during signup.

Google Data

When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access your public reviews, star ratings, and business location data via the Google API.

Customer Data

Phone numbers and names of customers you send review requests to via our SMS service.

3 Google User Data & AI Processing

3.1 API Usage Disclosure

ReviewGuard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.2 How We Use Your Google Data

We access your Google Business Profile data (specifically: reviews and business location information) solely for the purpose of:

✓ Generating suggested responses to reviews using Artificial Intelligence
✓ Publishing your approved responses back to Google

3.3 AI & Machine Learning Disclosure

ReviewGuard utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate response suggestions. Regarding your data:

No Model Training: Your private business data and customer reviews are NOT used to train, retrain, or improve our artificial intelligence models or those of our third-party AI providers.

Data Sharing: Data is shared with our AI providers strictly for the purpose of generating a single response and is not retained by the AI provider for their own service improvements.

Human in the Loop: All AI-generated responses are suggestions; you retain full control to edit, approve, or reject responses before they are published to Google.

4 How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

✓ Allow you to reply to reviews directly from our platform
✓ Generate analytics reports on your reputation performance
✓ Send SMS review requests to your customers on your behalf

We do not sell your data to third parties.
